Where we ship and what it costs

• Shipping region: US addresses only.
• Cost: $12.95 per order.
• Free shipping: on orders of $75 or more.

When your canvas ships

Printing starts only after you approve your digital proof, which we email within 48 hours of your order (24 hours with Rush proof).

• Ships: usually the next business day after approval, at the latest within 3 business days.
• US transit: usually 2 to 4 business days.
• Door to door: typically 5 to 8 business days after you approve the proof.

Planning a gift or holiday surprise? Please order early. Proofs take up to 48 hours plus shipping, and we can't guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Tracking your order

Every canvas ships with tracking. Once it's on its way, we'll send the tracking details to the email address you used at checkout, so keep an eye on your inbox and spam folder.

Please double-check your address

Make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout, including apartment or unit numbers. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away; we'll do our best to update it before your canvas ships. Sending a gift? Use the recipient's address and consider the gift option, which adds a printable reveal card and a packing slip without prices.

Why all sales are final

Each portrait is made from your own photo and printed just for you, so we can't resell it. For that reason all sales are final, and we can't offer refunds, returns or cancellations.

We know that's a big ask, so we've built the process to make sure you're happy before anything is printed: a free preview before you buy, a digital proof refined by our artist, up to 2 free revisions, and printing only after your approval. For the full policy, see our Terms of Service.

Damaged, defective or lost? We'll reprint it free

If your canvas arrives damaged, has a printing defect or gets lost in transit, we'll reprint and reship it at no cost to you.

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage or defect, including the packaging if it was damaged.
• Include your order number so we can find your order quickly.
• If tracking shows no movement or your package hasn't arrived, let us know and we'll look into it with you.
