Before you write: quick self-help

A few things can be solved in minutes without waiting for a reply:

• Preview not quite right? Try a sharper, closer photo in soft daylight. You can make 3 free previews per day.
• Can't find your proof email? Check your spam or promotions folder. Proofs arrive within 48 hours of ordering, or 24 hours with Rush proof.
• Waiting on tracking? Your canvas ships after you approve the proof, usually the next business day.
