- Hold a toy or a crinkly treat bag just above the lens so the eyes look toward the camera.

My cat always hides from the camera. Can I use an older photo?
Yes, any photo works as long as your cat's face is sharp and reasonably well lit. Older phone photos are fine, and you can try up to 3 free previews a day to see which one works best.
Can a sleeping or lying-down photo work?
It can, especially for softer styles, but open eyes make most portraits feel more alive. If you only have a sleeping photo, try it in the free preview first.
Can I get my cat and my dog in one portrait?
