We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, so the earlier you order, the more relaxed your December will be. Here is the usual timeline:
- Proof emailed within 48 hours of your order (24 hours with Rush proof, +$15).
- After you approve, we print and ship, usually the next business day and at the latest within 3 business days.
- US transit usually takes 2 to 4 business days.
Approve your proof quickly and leave time for a revision if you think you may want one. Holiday carrier delays can add a few days, so ordering in November is a smart move.
Running late? Give the reveal card first

Can I ship the portrait directly to the gift recipient?

My dog would never wear a Santa hat. Is that a problem?
