Yes, with the Pet + Owner style (+$20). Upload one photo of your pet and one photo of yourself; they don't need to be taken together, and both are combined into one portrait.

Yes. You can make up to 3 free previews per day, and you only pay if you decide to order. It's a great way to compare styles or test which of your photos works best.

The preview is created with AI from your photo in about 20 seconds. It shows you the style and likeness before you order, and our artist refines it after you buy.

Try a sharper, closer photo taken at eye level in soft light, which usually helps a lot. Avoid screenshots, flash glare and filtered photos. Our photo guide has step-by-step tips, and small details like markings or eye color can also be corrected by our artist at the proof stage.

Our artist hand-finishes your portrait digitally and emails you a proof within 48 hours, or within 24 hours with Rush proof (+$15). You review it and either approve it or ask for changes.

Up to 2 free revisions. Tell us exactly what to change, such as eye color, a white patch on the chest, ear shape or the crop, and our artist will update the proof. The more specific your notes, the better.

Never. Nothing is printed until you approve your proof. If you need more time to decide, simply review it when you're ready; shipping starts after approval.

Your portrait is printed on gallery canvas with archival inks and stretched over a solid wood frame. It's printed in the USA, and you can add a 1.5 in gallery wrap or UV protective coating if you like.

No. Previews are made with AI, our artist refines the digital proof by hand, and the final portrait is printed on canvas with a painted look.

We ship with tracking after you approve your proof, usually the next business day and at the latest within 3 business days. US transit is usually 2 to 4 business days, so most canvases arrive 5 to 8 business days after approval.

Not at this time. We ship to US addresses only. If you're abroad, you can still order a portrait for someone with a US address.

Yes. Ship it straight to the recipient's US address and add the gift option (+$5) for a printable reveal card and a packing slip with no prices.

Please do. Proofs take up to 48 hours, plus the time you take to approve and then shipping, so we can't guarantee holiday delivery dates. Rush proof (+$15) gets your proof to you within 24 hours.

If you're unsure, 16x20 in fits most walls. Choose 18x24 or 24x36 in above a sofa or bed, and 12x12 or 11x14 in for shelves, desks and small spaces.

Yes. We offer kids' styles like princess, mermaid, astronaut, pirate and superhero portraits, made from one clear photo of your child. The same steps apply: free preview, proof and approval before print.

Yes. Kids' photos are used only to make your order and are never shown publicly. The children you see on our site are example portraits we made ourselves.

Because each portrait is custom made from your photo, all sales are final and we can't offer refunds, returns or cancellations. That's exactly why you see a free preview first, get up to 2 free revisions and approve a proof before anything is printed. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

We'll reprint it for free if it arrives damaged, defective or lost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the problem and your order number, and we'll take it from there.
