How do I pay?
At checkout, securely through PayPal: your PayPal balance or any credit or debit card, no PayPal account needed. Nothing is printed until you approve your proof.
How long until it arrives?
Usually 5–8 business days: up to 2 days for your proof, then we print and ship by fast tracked shipping the next business day after you approve, with 2–4 days in transit within the US. For Christmas delivery, order by December 12.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Choose “It's a gift”, write your message, and enter their address in PayPal at checkout. We'll send the proof to you, and the packing slip shows no prices.
What is the free preview?
An instant AI draft of your pet in the style you choose, so you can see the idea before ordering. Your final proof is refined by hand and has no watermark.
What if I don't like the proof?
Reply to the proof email with what to change. We revise as many times as needed, and nothing is printed until you say yes.
Can I include two pets, or me with my pet?
Yes. Add a second pet as an extra, or choose the “Pet + Owner” style and upload a photo of you as well.
How do discount codes work?
Enter your code in the order summary and tap Apply. Codes can't be combined, and the discount is applied before shipping.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Not yet. We currently ship to US addresses only.
Can I return it or get a refund?
Every canvas is custom made for you, so all sales are final: we can't offer refunds, returns or cancellations once you've paid. Instead you get unlimited revisions before anything is printed, and if it arrives damaged, defective or lost, we reprint it free. See our Terms of Service.
